Flow Chart on Request for Water Meter Replacement

Step 1:

Inquire at the Customer Service/Complaint Desk the requirements for Water Meter Replacement.

Step 2:

Fill-up and submit the Service Application Form C-6 and other requirements needed to the Customer Service/Complaint Desk for verification

Step 3:

Plumber will do the inspection and estimate for any additional materials that might be incurred in the replacement of the Water Meter.

Step 4:

Inquire at the Customer Service/Complaint Desk on the plumber's inspection report and status of the account.

Step 5:

Pay any corresponding fees or dues to the Teller.

Step 6:

Go back to the Customer Service/Complaint Desk and present Official Receipt(If Applicable).

Step 7:

Sign logbook for your service request at the Customer Service/Complaint Desk.

Step 8:

Plumber will replace the water meter on the scheduled date
